Security and Terms of Use

This extranet facility is for the explicit use by Orchard Energy, Orchard Environmental Services and chosen clients and their authorised personnel. It is the responsibility of client companies to ensure the safeguard and use of password protected areas.


Passwords can be reset by contacting your dedicated Orchard account manager on 0844 581 0844.


All data is stored remotely and is regularly backed up for security purposes. If you suspect any mis-use of this extranet facility or identify any erroneous data please contact your dedicated Orchard account manager.


Whilst every reasonable effort will be made to maintain the availability of the extranet service there may be occasions where necessary maintenance may mean the service becomes unavailable. Client companies will be notified in advance of any planned maintenance or service downtime. Orchard shall not be liable, whether by way of indemnity or in any other manner for any consequential or indirect loss of whatever nature suffered by the Client for any loss of extranet data arising directly or indirectly from any event outside Orchard’s control.
